Community group power broking should not impede information being distributed that might be essential and critical to human requirements within certain regions. We understand that there is a need for day to day business to continue and we are not intending to interfere into that requirement. If we are warned in the dreaming of issues of broader community concerns that relate to climate change and if human life and property may be threatened=we must speak out.
