Seen enough for now hahaha :) this is sickening to think that these irresponsible people are hiring organized crime to harm my family and to silence us whilst they continue with these insane development on a flood plain and within a shallow intertidal mangrove area within an unstable delta region. The environmental impacts of developments are now obvious within this area and in the dreaming a majo...r environmental catastrophe in the region is looming=flooding, contaminated ground water exposure, contaminated silts and soil exposure, disruption of the power supply, exposure to dangerous chemicals and fuel. Large quantities of highly volatile chemicals are stored in the region. What are they thinking?

Regarding to my invitation to attend a morning tea consultation session for Wednesday 14 September at Krystal Function Centre 5 Church Street Port Adelaide 10.30 am to 11.45 am; topics scheduled for discussion include.

• Emerging environmental issues in the Port Adelaide and LeFevre Penninsula
• How EPA or licensees engage with the community
• Ensuring accurate information is accessible to the community
In June 2001; I dreamed that I launched my boat to go fishing at Semaphore Park (see Fig 2) and tried to travel north but the sea became angry and forced me south towards Holdfast Shores Glenelg. I ended fishing in the main street and my boat sunk. My youngest daughter Isobel and I were clinging to the buildings (see Fig 1) (that were not yet built until 2004) and I was screaming for help. The day after the dream I went to the beach where I launched the boat and found that they were building a sand groin (offshore breakwater) at the very place I had dreamed (see Fig 2).

legal Matters

Why I cant write this story up and provide visual evidence; we have no legal representation, the state set it up so we remain excluded from recieving assistance for legal requirements and state lawyers and others wont support our requirements=the purest form of legal corruption and the convolution of legislations and policies. I am extremely overworked with this problem and lack of sup...port; we have to keep working with one hand, and fighting the State, developers, lawyers and organized crime with the other. I think that it is called fascism or something close to that. Well there are two types of cleansing; there is ethnic and Indigenous cleansing due to fascist behaviours and there is fascist cleansing due to natural disasters and environmental damages. Have you considered that we may be now overdue for a Global rethink of sustainable-social priorities?

my story

I started life as an artist and ran into Don Dunstan an ex State Premier very early in my carreer. Don took over our Indigenous estate, suppressed our ID and proceeded to fund the arts and the Universities with Indigenous money that he ripped off of the Ngarrindjeri (we were actually forced out of business by corrupted lawyers and organized crime). I was forced onto the streets and worked in the f...ringe as an artist for decades; as a musician, visual artist, pottery maker and jewellery maker, until I worked my way back into the system via the University. The one we funded (uniSA) hahaha :) Miracle after miracle sustained me and kept me alive whilst I had contracts put on me by the developers and those stake holders associated to the developments of the stolen Ngarrindjeri lands (in the dreaming) We are still struggling against this critically wounded and dying beast but unbelievably we are making progress and in the process the perceptions of Indigenous knowledge (lore) exposed in the dreaming is assisting the state to develop a socially sustainable economy. What should we do? Deny the dreaming and lore and let them mess up the environment completely or continue on with extreme adversity? Do we even have a choice? Arrogance, greed, corruption, crime, stupidity, violence and pride tend to dominate the agendas; is that why we have crashing economies, famines emerging, water-soil issues, a failing world environment and the unsustainable uses of resources? Make up your own minds on that?

My Agricultural garden

In my front garden I have approximately 20 worm farms in foam containers. About 15 plastic drums containing water to grow cress and duck weed. I have four large ponds in the back garden that grow duck weed and cress. We also have about 40 large plastic pots and foam boxes that we us to grow ornamentals, herbs, endive, spinach, annd potatoes. We have one surviver chook who is extrmely s...poilt and has the run of all those resouces=shes very old but laying nearly every day haha :)
All of that is part of a number of uncontrolled experiments in food production, biomass breakdown, waste control, and water cleaning. I experimented with aquaculture and we do have fresh water cray in the ponds. If I was to become completely unemployed due to problems caused by the state that associate to Indigenous policy; we could live sustainably within our garden:). What are the problems with the state; Indigenous knowledge verses the corruption of scientific data haha :). And Indigenous lore verses Crown law relative to International law. International law observes the priori rights of Indigenous peoples to a share of the resources and business. This is contrary to the manipulation of an antiquated and convoluted Native Title act mmm=is the picture becoming clearer?

Tribal Politics

How and why am I involved with regional Tribal polatics in the Port Adelaide region. Because I am DNA to the region and Nagarrindjeri blood. The lore comes to me and my youngest daughter in the dreaming (a history spanning decades). We have been terrorised to suppress our identity for decades while other Tribals assisted the Gov and the developers to steal-develop Aboriginal land on the coast. I a...m nagotiating and assisting with the EPA (Environmental Protection Authority) and the council to create legal mandates that will satisfy both tribal and crown lore/law. I have statutory declarations attached to the Native Title application in the Federal court. We are a party to the native Title agreements and without us; lore/law can not be satisfied=all agreements to date are technically illegal as there is yet to be a determination made in the court. The area is an intertidal estuary region prone to shifting sands and silt movements=this region should not have been further developed and with climate change in the dreaming it will flood. We are warned in the dreaming and we dont change our story to suit the Governement, the council, the others, or the mafia. Our advice is and will remain=move from the region soon before there is a major environmental disaster.

As you may have noticed I have a grievance with the Government and business related to the management of Indigenous resources and we are having a disputation. Premier Rann is on his way out of Government so I am probably wasting my time bitching at him as he is leaving. Here is the bottom line; bloody lazy and dishonest people cause problems in the world. Look at Greece now; ironic that Greek mone...y is a big Part of the Port Adelaide development=gone busto because they used Indigenous property without the proper approvals=via Ranns Major Development Act. Greedy, lazy, inconsiderate, crinminal behaviour that has reaped what it deserves= environmental disaster looming and huge losses to the investors and developers. And whats more; if they are so arrogant as to contiue developing in the region then God only knows where this tragedy might end. This is the end of an era and I am moving on; they made the problem so they can fix it and pay the bill. I do not intend to waste my time trying to assist these people in that region and my advice is to move out before it floods. The Government should establish a new power station, a new deep water Port and new roads and infrastructure to support that, on higher ground to the South of Adelaide. yep I knew it=when we compost we hget CO2 and CH4 (methane) produce by the consumers=(burps and farts) So as the carbon is sequestrated in this form it produces undesireable atmospheric gases=Atmospheric warming. Pyrolosis produces carbon that is readily available to plants and soil biota but does not produce so much gas as that is driven off in the pyrolosis process. If we catch and compress the gas during the process=gas for fuel + biochar for soil=this is exactly what the planet needs=sustainable fuel based on biomass production that enhances sequetration and soil condition

OK here it tis=biochar farming :)back t firing kilns like when I made pottery but instead of clay=we will fire biomass mmm=could get gas exploisons I hear but I am lookin foreward to those hahah :) All joke aside=biochar farming could be the answer for small sustainable communities who dont have a lot of soil or space. The biomass needs to be fired to around 500-600c with total reduction=no 02.

Indigenous habitat

Please note that I am not a Greeny or aligned to such societies. My vision is for Indigenous and other=cohabitation and respect for those who employ sustainable means of Agriculture that works in with the natural Indigenous habitat. We all have to eat so sustainable and sensible management of resources is required. Eccentric visions of a back to nature utopia-senario are not my scene. That sort of... stuff has its place but can also be destructive if employed as confrontational-anxiety. Blocks of healthy Indigenous habitat will protect the farmers; the supermarket monoculture mentallity needs to go. Endemic species of insects, flora and fauna are of value to sustainable agricultural practices. Even the exotics have a place in the community :)

GIS report

Just doing a report using GIS; the Murray Darling Depression mallee region. Yookamurra sanctuary has establish a small fenced area where endangered Indigenous fauna can exist. Boodies qualls, numbats, echidna, and others.<80% of Australian Indigenous mallee habitat has been cleared=ecological disaster looming and similar Global. Hate to be the one on the page who ruines the party but someones got ...to do that hahaha :). The good new is that the little chaps in Yookamurra are doin fine and breeding up so well they need new areas for release of endangered species. Even their foraging pits are an integrual part of the ecology and soil health. You might be hearing more from me as we are coming out of shock from the colonial and migrant destruction of our habitat and beginnin to fight back :).

The death of jason Morans murderer

Carl Williams the alleged murder of Jason Moran was bashed to death in prison and with him went all the evidence as to what really happened? Two live doves were placed in our laundry the day before Williams was murdered in jail. We set them free when we came home. Not the first time we have had a sign befo a hit in the underworld, associated to them and Native Title fraud.

foreshore developments

Historically the Holdfast Bay development involved Isobel in my dreaming and the foreshore developments.

Here is a list of the stake holders in the dreaming; Pat Cameron Showmans Guild, The Smanns family (Aboriginal Strucks) Showmans Guild, the West Coast, the Adelaide City Council, the Car Racing, Lawyers, Mike Rann, Kevin Foly, the Unions (CFMEU), Penrice, Ridley Corp, John Castle (NY banker), ...Cheatham Salt, Hells Angels (and other biker gangs), The SAJC, Cheltenham, Plubedis, Victoria Park, Bucklands Park, Virginia, Burnside, University of SA staff, Adelaide University (CASM), the Salisbury region and ground water, the stake holders in the Northern suburbs who use the ground water, the Murray Darling Basin, (Isobel dreamed of the purple pipes before they were made), the Lebanese, Quiet Waters and the Nema family, the Mawson lakes region, uniSA and the dry Creek, the Port River system, the Holdfast Bay region, Victor Harbour, the Adelaide Hills, the Myponga region, and the Northern and Southern local coastal, the Ehmans and the Clare region. There are numerous reports of assaults to our family that relate to all of these places in the dreaming and associations. This matter spans more than two decades recently and I can track the troubles associated to me for four decades (back to Alan Scott when I was 16 years old and to the Nema family when I was eight years old). We have probably missed some matters here but we could recall all of that and the dreaming if required.

My daughters dreaming

My youngest daughter Isobel Maxwell also dreams and her dreams correlate to mine associated to the issues of land uses, resources, and issues of criminality and law/lore. Isobel will create and keep records of her dreams in her own handwriting in my diary along with my dreams. For now I will give a very brief summary of our understanding.



We will be playing a role in the protection of Indigeno...us peoples and their property within this region.

Isobel will also be attacked as we are and have been by the underworld as matters progress (Biker gangs and organized crime, historically)

The Adelaide City Council and the Ramindjeri are linked to the problems (Karno Walker)

The Ehmans at Port Adelaide are also a party to the problems in the dreaming (Fishermans Wharf Market)

The SAJC, Victoria Park and Cheltenham Park (The Hayes family)

In the dreaming the Adelaide Oval development was linked to the Port Adelaide developments and the Ehmans (Smiths of Port Adelaide). This was in turn linked to the silting of the gulf and the future flooding of the coastal regions etc.

Having spoken with Dr Murray Townsend from DENR, and having considered matters further, I have decided to comply with the request of Minister Caica, and to forward the information in the dreaming that relates to the coast to DENR via Dr Murray Townsend.

The issues of environmental damage to Indigenous resources and habitat are conjoined in the dreaming with Native Title matters that are linked t...o the State Government, business stakeholders and the local councils, as the areas affected are naturally connected to Ngarrindjeri-Ramindjeri and Kaurna lands. Peter Jamieson the deputy Mayor, Port Adelaide Enfield Council, Outer Harbour Ward Councillor, informed me last Thursday at the Port Adelaide Environmental Forum that 26 councils were intending to sign an agreement with the Kaurna associated to land use agreements etc. Peter suggested that I liaise with him related to this matter as I publicly expressed my concerns as to the importance of maintaining lore by the proper genetic representations in the regions. As you are aware we are a party to this matter as we hold documents expressing our connections in the Federal court that are attached to the correspondence file of the Kaurna Native Title application and indeed we are also connected historically-genetically in the dreaming.

Pyrolysis now mmm funny how things find there levels=the dream of the wheat ? Biochar for soil, and carbon waste for fuel. Why bury it when we can use it=Honours here we come if I can keep the brain ticking hahaha :)

Then I dreamed I was in an estuary=the North Arm of the Port River Estuary, and I was measuring the water depth on the Eastern bank. I know where I was because I was spear fishing there with my daughter a few weeks back. My Great Grand Mother Alma, fished that estuary and rowed a boat with the kids to fish. If she could see this now and what they have done to the Estuary system, I am glad she wont see that.

Dreamed two nights ago that I was taking the kids to the Show, they were all out the front in the garden and dressed for ceromony with Ngarrinjeri decorations on their body. They were good looking kids so I said you can come into my house. As they walked in the door, some I didnt know and they were outsiders from my family but I said come through into my house.

Now the Gov and the Unions are still trying to play this deadly game and they have at least half a million victims and there property in the line of danger, and tere still goin. Central Australia is involved with this and they know who they are, but Ngarrindjei lor in the dreaming stands here. Want a piece of this, it will cost you plenty. You can have anything you want, just be prepared to pay the cost.

And then climate change causes sea rise that now puts the said developments into danger of flooding and that all comes in my dreaming over the past couple of decades and also reveals who is behind this fiasco. So we have ex premiers and the big end of town with hoodies on and looking so fckn stupid. Now they have so many uncontrlable low lifes living off of our funds that they cant control them. They are desperately trying to save face by continuing to destroy me so I cant tell the story.

OK =so the Banks, business stake holders, and the developer use Aboriginal lands and rights over the past four or so decades in SA and develop along the coast. They pay the Bikers and the underworld to stand over me (Ngarrindjeri Title holder) since I was sixteen and totally screw my life and character with corrupted files and set ups. So What? Well some gagsters and families like the Morans are totally eliminated by?

Dream; About crime and detectives. I didnt do the crime but I saw it, people stealing food or something. Then these detectives rocked up and they were the dudes lols used to be big shots. Port Adelaide SA. They have developed an Industrial area and a dump right in the middle of the Ngarrindjeri food bowl now they want to develop on the Northern coast into the Intertidal-Supratidal zones 4000ha of Ngarrindjeri land going to the dogs. This is in the middle of a biodiversity hotspot, whole gulf now under risk ecological damages irriversable.

HUNGER across the state's Aboriginal lands has prompted an emergency intervention from Red Cross. Regional store operators in the area say reports of people starving in communities forced the organisation to organise pallets of food to be dispatched from Adelaide-based food charity Foodbank. Red Cross South Australia executive director Kerry Symons told The Advertiser yesterday the organisation had established a new community reference group to administer the food aid, which had been sent to Fregon, a community of about 200 people. "Because of the issues of remoteness, the fragility of the infrastructure in the APY lands . . . and all of the social factors it is hard, at times, for people to access food," she said. "What we are doing in Fregon, at the invitation of the community, is to set up a community reference group (so) if somebody is hungry and they need food we may be able to provide some support." Ms Symons said the organisation was not able to provide the welfare service indefinitely and was hoping to develop more permanent solutions to address hunger in the Lands. She said the food aid would be administered for six months from shipping containers provided by the State Government. The Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Women's Council, which covers the remote Aboriginal lands of South Australia, said the organisation was providing about 20 emergency food vouchers a week to people in its administered area suffering from hunger. "The emergency food in Fregon is emergency shipping containers of food which came about because they (the Red Cross) observed that people were starving in Fregon," NPY spokeswoman Liza Balmer said. But Ms Balmer said the issue of hunger on the Lands was largely related to problems with income management, rather than food availability. She said a holistic approach to the problem was needed. Regional Stores Council general manager Kirsten Grace, who manages six of the nine major food stores on the Lands, called on the Government to support a voluntary income management scheme to prevent hunger, particularly among children. "People are going without food and it is a big issue," she said. "If you are starving and you have money in your pocket you spend it, and then you have no money. There is no planning or management. "It is a difficult issue because poverty in your own country is not popular. It is not a nice thing to have." Aboriginal Affairs Minister Grace Portolesi said she did not think there was a widespread hunger issue on the Lands, but said the Government was looking at improving food security. "There is an issue around food security on the APY Lands - which is why in December last year I released the Food Security Strategic Plan to address access to and availability of quality, nutritious food for families," she said.
